Sequence: Day 5 reminder email + personal phone call, Day 20 last call email. The existing 14-day template is replaced by this two-step cadence.
Booking button: the button currently points to a placeholder (https://svalbardexperts.zohobookings.eu/#/callback). Replace it with the real booking page URL once the callback service is set up. Availability suggestion: Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 18:00 CET; the booking page shows each visitor the slots converted to their own timezone automatically.
Personalisation: ${Contacts.First Name} is the Bigin merge field and fills in automatically when sent via the workflow.
Images: hero images and logo are hosted at stable HTTPS URLs and load in all major email clients. All styling is inline (no external CSS), so the templates can be pasted into the Bigin template editor as-is.
Deliverability: one primary call to action per email, few links, personal sender and reply-to, text-first layout, and a polite opt-out line in the footer. Sent one-to-one from the CRM to people who requested an offer, this pattern stays well clear of spam-filter triggers.
